The Reynolds School District confirmed in 1954 as a consolidation of the Fairview, Troutdale and Wilkes elementary school districts. The district spans from 141st Avenue to the Sandy River and from the Columbia River on the North to SE Market Street and SE Stark Street to the South. The district serves Portland, Gresham, Fairview, Wood Village and Troutdale.
Sabin CDC has a 20+ year history of providing quality affordable rental and land trust housing within the Sabin, King, Vernon, Humboldt, Concordia, Boise-Eliot, and Overlook neighborhoods. Most recently working with the Cully Neighborhood. Now more than ever, Sabin CDC is playing a key role in maintaining a rich diversity in these neighborhoods by providing a variety of affordable housing choices. To that end, Sabin CDC owns more than 120 units of affordable housing, including 15 units of land trust housing, all of our units are managed in-house

The Soul District Business Association (formerly known as NNEBA) is a 501(c) 3 non-profit that has been promoting and sustaining the economic and business development of inner urban North/Northeast Portland since 1977. We are a voice, advocate, facilitator and catalyst for approximately 5,000 businesses and 58,000 residents within our district boundaries. We are also the lead implementer of the Green Lighting Black Lives Matter Youth Media Project.
